Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeonixAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
